Returns and Refunds Policy

Effective Date: September 9, 2025

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your order. Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. Items must be returned in the original wooden board packaging or equivalent protective packaging.

If you would like to make a return, we can provide a return shipping label which you must print and attach to the package. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Return Policy

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned in the same condition as received, without damage or alteration.
• Artwork must be shipped back in the original packaging (wood board) or in equivalent secure packaging that provides equal protection.

Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@warholandfriends.com.
• We will confirm the correct return address and advise on required insurance. FedEx Home Delivery is typically sufficient.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and may be deducted from the refund if we provide a prepaid label.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Payment Processing Fee:
  Shopify does not refund payment processing fees on returned orders. Because of this, all refunds are subject to a 2.9% restocking/processing fee, which covers the non-refundable credit card fee charged to us at purchase. This amount will be deducted from your refund total.
